    Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to SiteKiln (sitekiln.net). This site is operated by Kiln Guides Ltd (registration in progress), with a UK correspondence address at East Lodge, Kartway House, Lugwardine, Hereford, HR1 4AE. We are committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

    Our standard

We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 Level AA, and are reviewing and improving the site against it. This site is operated from the United Kingdom; disability discrimination in the provision of services is governed, for us as a UK operator, by the Equality Act 2010.

    What we are doing

We are auditing the site for keyboard access, screen-reader support, colour contrast, text alternatives and clear page structure, and fixing issues as we find them. This is active, ongoing work.

    Tell us about a problem

If anything on this site is not accessible to you, please contact us first:

    Email: accessibility@kilnguides.co.uk

We aim to respond within five working days. If you need any content in a different format, say so and we will do our best to provide it.

If you are not satisfied with our response

This site is operated from the United Kingdom and is governed by UK law (see the UK route below). Australian residents may also complain under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 to the Australian Human Rights Commission (humanrights.gov.au/complaints, 1300 656 419, GPO Box 5218 Sydney NSW 2001), a free conciliation process, within two years of the act; we will engage in good faith with any AHRC conciliation request. UK route: contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) on 0808 800 0082 (equalityadvisoryservice.com); a claim under the Equality Act 2010 (section 29) is brought in the County Court (England and Wales) within six months (section 114).
