SiteKiln — Your rights on site. In plain English.
    SiteKiln

A waste record for every skip bin or truckload that leaves site.

For tradies who don't want a dumping problem traced back to them. Waste type, carrier details and a declaration, in under 5 minutes.

Keep a record of waste leaving site — what it is, who carried it, and where it's going. It's your protection if waste is dumped and traced back to you. Some states and waste types (like asbestos) require formal tracking.

Disclaimer: This tool generates a waste record from the information you provide. You're responsible for the waste description and for using a lawful carrier and a licensed facility. SiteKiln does not verify carrier registrations or facility licences.

    What the law actually says

    • Construction and demolition waste is regulated by your state EPA. You must give waste only to a lawful carrier and a licensed facility — and for some waste types (and in some states) tracking is required.
    • Keep a record of what left site, who carried it and where it went. It's your protection if dumped waste is traced back to you. Asbestos and other hazardous waste have stricter tracking and disposal rules.
    • Guidance only — check your state EPA's waste rules.
