What to do next
What the law actually says
- •The big recurring dates are quarterly: BAS and PAYG instalments, and super guarantee, fall due on the 28th after each quarter (28 Oct, 28 Feb, 28 Apr, 28 Jul).
- •TPAR is due 28 August; individual tax returns 31 October if you self-lodge; the financial year ends 30 June. A registered tax/BAS agent can extend some dates.
- •Guidance only — confirm your own due dates in ATO Online or with your agent.
